Key Responsibilities
? Design, develop, and maintain robust web and enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
? Take ownership of the application lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through deployment and support.
? Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
? Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following industry best practices.
? Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.
? Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.




? Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure application reliability.
? Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 4-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development
✔ Solid expertise in:
C#
ASP.NET
ASP.NET Web Forms
.NET Framework and/or .NET Core
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Web Services / REST APIs
✔ Strong experience with:
MS SQL Server
MySQL
Database design, optimization, and query performance tuning
✔ Solid understanding of:
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming
Agile/Scrum methodologies
✔ Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing large-scale business applications
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
