Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant

Job Type : Part-Time / Contract

Experience : 8 - 15 years

Location : Remote

Responsibilities

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
Strong experience in SAP FI and CO configuration and functional support.
Robust knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
Experience with SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS.
Experience in production support, incident management, and complex issue resolution.
Experience with Fiori applications.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment.
Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout,



enhancement, and production support activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing, reconciliation, accruals, depreciation, and financial reporting processes.
Design and implement business processes covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Ensure seamless integration of FICO with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, and other enterprise applications.
Analyze business process gaps and recommend process improvements and SAP best-practice solutions.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and distributed project teams in a remote environment.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
