Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive – Study Abroad to join our student recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their overseas education goals, guiding them on suitable study-abroad options, and converting qualified leads into applications and enrollments.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
Connect with prospective students and understand their academic background, career goals, preferred destination, and budget.
Counsel students on suitable study-abroad destinations, universities, courses, and programs.
Explain the admission process, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, intakes, and other relevant information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.




Convert qualified leads into applications and ultimately student enrollments.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/system.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counselling, applications, documentation, and visa teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
Build solid relationships with students and parents throughout the sales process.
Participate in student seminars, education fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities when required.
Stay updated on university offerings, intakes, scholarships, and study-abroad market trends.
Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, study abroad, education consulting, or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
