Role Description The Personal Loan Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding customers through the personal loan process, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products from RupeeQ’s partner institutions.
The consultant will handle loan inquiries, explain eligibility and documentation requirements, collect and verify customer information, and support loan origination from application to disbursal. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, following compliance and risk guidelines, coordinating with internal teams and lending partners, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves meeting performance targets, providing feedback on process improvements, and contributing to a trusted, transparent customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in loan-focused roles such as Loan Officers, with exposure to Loans and Loan Origination processes.
Foundational knowledge in Finance, including understanding of personal loan products, interest rates, and basic credit assessment.
