Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an ULTI Pro/Pro HCM Consultant. The consultant will configure, implement, and support the UltiPro/UKG Pro Human Capital Management platform, including modules such as HR, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, designing system workflows, performing system configuration, testing and validating setups, and troubleshooting issues.



The role also involves creating documentation, training end users, collaborating with technical teams on integrations and data migration, and providing ongoing functional support to ensure clients use the HCM solution effectively.
Qualifications
Robust functional knowledge of UltiPro/UKG Pro HCM, including HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
Experience with HCM implementation activities such as requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into efficient system workflows and configurations.
Proficiency with data handling tasks, such as data migration, validation, reporting, and troubleshooting system or data issues.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing consulting, training, and documentation.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently in a
