THE SEAT
Employer: Vantrock Investment Managers LLP — the investment manager within Vantrock Ventures (the Vantrock Group)
Reports to: Head — Capital Formation and Investor Relations; until that seat is filled, directly to the Founder & CEO, who will build the franchise with the zonal team hands-on
Direct reports: None at launch — a senior single-contributor seat with a very large number attached
Location: Mumbai, in office; twelve to fifteen travel days a month across MMR, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Nagpur, Goa
Experience: 10–16 years
