Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The specialist will manage and grow affiliate partnerships, including identifying new affiliate opportunities, onboarding partners, and maintaining strong day-to-day communication with affiliate networks and publishers.



Responsibilities include planning and executing affiliate campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing traffic sources, and ensuring campaigns meet quality, compliance, and ROI targets. The role involves collaborating with internal marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align affiliate strategies with broader user acquisition goals, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will also track market trends and competitor activities to refine AppFirst’s affiliate marketing approach.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience managing and optimizing performance-based campaigns.
