Position: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary

Location: Sector V, near RDB Cinema, Kolkata
Office Timings: Monday–Friday,



10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: As per market standards, commensurate with experience and skillset
Joining: Urgent joiners preferred

Eligibility & Requirements
Semi-qualified Company Secretary with a thorough working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA
Must have completed 21 months of practical training (preference given to candidates trained with a CS firm)
Relevant hands-on work experience in corporate secretarial functions
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred
Ideal for candidates who wish to work in a startup environment and gain hands-on exposure to fund raising and debt raising from both foreign and domestic investors
