Role Description
The Accountant role at TheKalakriti is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. We are looking for an experienced accounting professional with 6–7 years of relevant experience and robust knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
The Accountant will manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations,



including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash-flow monitoring, inventory accounting, and general ledger entries.
A key responsibility of this position will be managing GST compliance, including GST registration-related documentation, invoice reconciliation, Input Tax Credit reconciliation, and the accurate and timely filing of GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns. The candidate should also have practical knowledge of TDS, e-invoicing, e-way bills, income-tax-related documentation, and other applicable statutory requirements in India.
The role will assist with monthly and annual financial closing, preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
