Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. The specialist will conduct market and audience research, manage ad platforms, analyze campaign performance, and report on key metrics to inform strategy. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams, refining targeting and messaging, managing budgets and bids,



and testing new approaches to improve return on investment. The role also requires ongoing monitoring of trends and competitor activities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
