n Key Responsibilities
n1. Financial Management & Reporting
n• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
n• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
n• Monitor financial performance and present MIS reports to management.
n• Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
n
n2. Budgeting & Planning
n• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
n• Monitor budget utilization and variance analysis.
n• Support strategic financial planning and growth initiatives.
n
n3. Compliance & Control
n• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax,
nCompanies Act, and other applicable regulations.
n• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants,



and regulatory authorities.
n• Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial governance processes.
n• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
n
n4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
n• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
n• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.
n• Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory-related financial processes.
n
n5. Team & Process Management
n• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
n• Drive automation and process improvements.
n• Develop financial policies and SOPs to improve efficiency
n
n Qualifications
n• CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.
n• CMA or MBA (Finance) may also be considered.
n• Robust understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
nExperience
no 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, and Controlling.
