Position: SAP Payroll / SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Permanent Location: UK – Remote / Client Site Hybrid Visa Sponsorship: Available for exceptional candidates Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll / SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) , with a strong understanding of UK Payroll processes . The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP Payroll/ECP solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective payroll solutions. Candidates with robust UK Payroll experience combined with SAP ECP expertise are particularly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.



Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll/ECP solutions. Configure payroll-related components including wage types, payroll areas, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll processing rules . Work on Employee Central to ECP integration and ensure accurate employee and payroll data flow. Support end-to-end payroll processes including gross-to-net calculations, payroll processing, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, deductions, payments, and statutory processing . Demonstrate strong understanding of UK Payroll processes and statutory requirements . Work on payroll testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and parallel payroll runs . Support payroll migration, data validation, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities. Identify and resolve payroll configuration and production issues.
