About the Role
nWe are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused qualified to join our Founder’s Office – Operations team.
n

nYou will work closely with the founders and leadership team to ensure key business priorities are translated into action. The role involves cross-functional coordination, operational tracking, process improvement, reporting, and driving important initiatives to completion.
n

nThis is not purely an administrative role. We are looking for someone who can understand business priorities, take ownership, follow through relentlessly, and bring structure to execution.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Work closely with founders and leadership on key operational priorities.n
- Track strategic initiatives, commitments, deadlines, and action items across teams.n
- Coordinate across Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.n
- Drive follow-ups and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.n
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational updates.n




- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.n
- Help establish and document internal processes, SOPs, and governance mechanisms.n
- Support leadership reviews and ensure decisions are converted into actionable tasks.n
- Track business KPIs and highlight areas requiring management attention.n
- Coordinate special projects and company-wide initiatives.n
- Improve visibility and accountability across different functions.n
- Support leadership with business analysis and operational decision-making.n
- Take ownership of ad-hoc high-priority initiatives requiring cross-functional execution.n
