- Proficient in Word, Excel, and similar spreadsheet tools; quick to adapt to recent softwaren

nRequirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Communications preferred).n
- Prior experience in admissions, sales, counselling, or customer service.n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).n
- Passion for music and education is a plus.n
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.n
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.n

nResponsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries from prospective students interested in Shankar Mahadevan Academy’s online courses.n
- Conduct 80-100 calls per day, engaging potential students with professionalism and enthusiasm.n
- Effectively communicate course offerings, guiding students toward the best program based on their interests and goals.n
