nTraya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care platform that provides a holistic treatment for
nindividuals experiencing hair loss. Through personalized consultations, we identify the root
ncause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Our unique
ndiagnostic platform, combined with medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech,
nensures customers receive customized solutions delivered right to their doorstep — and the
nongoing guidance they need to stay on track. Founded by Saloni Anand

nAbout the Role:
n● Own and optimize app and web copy to improve click-through rates (CTR), drive successful experiments, and build a customer panel for copy testing.
n● Own CTR and conversion rate (CVR) performance across push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS communications. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the funnel and recurring campaigns, and continuously optimize copy through testing and iteration.
n● Own in-app video content strategy and performance, including watch time and thumbnail CTR. Conduct topic and content research to develop high-quality videos in collaboration with in-house doctors.
n● Develop a robust voice-of-customer program through call listening and transcript analysis, translating insights into actionable content and communication improvements.
