nDynamic Assistant General Managers (Sales) to drive regional growth. The role demands strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue expansion across healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients (architects, contractors, developers, corporates).n
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals.n
- Client Engagement: Conduct consultations, site visits, and presentations to showcase solutions.n
- Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned territory.n
- Team Leadership:



Mentor and manage sales executives to maximize performance.n
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.n
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.n

nCandidate Profile:

- Experience: 10–14 years in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, or allied industries.n
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.n
- Skills: Solid negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management.n
- Network: Established connects with architects, contractors, and developers in the region.n
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zone.n
