nTRIGG is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day workflow, task management and productivity of our team.
n
nThe role involves coordinating with multiple team members, assigning and tracking tasks, maintaining operational records, monitoring progress and providing clear updates to higher management.
n
nWe are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and has a strong eye for details — from individual tasks and deadlines to names, numbers, sheets and daily progress.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
n* Manage the daily workflow of a team of Influencer Marketing Managers.
n* Assign tasks, priorities and deadlines based on ongoing requirements.
n* Take regular updates from team members and ensure tasks are progressing.
n* Track completed, pending, delayed and blocked work.
n* Follow up with team members until assigned tasks are properly completed.




n* Monitor individual workloads and distribute work appropriately.
n* Track team attendance, working hours, availability and daily productivity.
n* Maintain organised records of tasks, projects and team performance.
n* Conduct regular team check-ins when required.
n* Identify delays, mistakes or gaps and coordinate with the responsible team member to resolve them.
n* Provide clear and consolidated progress reports to higher management.
n* Escalate important delays or issues when necessary.
n
nData & Operational Management
n
nA major part of this role involves maintaining accurate operational data.
n
nThe candidate should be comfortable working extensively with Google Sheets, Excel and other productivity/project-management tools.
n
nResponsibilities may include:
n
n* Maintaining master trackers and databases.
n* Creating and improving internal tracking systems.
n* Checking whether sheets are being up
