nAbout the role

nUnique World Robotics (UWR) is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the day-to-day financial and accounting activities of the organization. The role involves maintaining financial records, assisting with billing and invoices, tracking expenses, supporting payroll and payment processes, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, valuable organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial recordsn
- Support reconciliation of accounts (bank, vendor, client)n
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-upsn
- Assist with GST ,Roc, compliance documentation, and statutory reportingn
- Manage petty cash at Kochi officen




- Coordinate with clients and vendors for documentation and payment queriesn
- Provide support in settling advances & TAn

nKey Requirements

- n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingn
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ZOHOn
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesn
- Good communication skills for client/vendor interactionsn
- Integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to work Experience:n

nPreferred Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fieldn
- CA, CMA or CS preferred but not mandatoryn
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferredn
