nCreative Direction & Brand Aesthetics

- Define and maintain a strong, consistent visual language across all brand communications.n
- Ensure all creative outputs reflect premium aesthetics and strong brand storytelling.n
- Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.n

nDesign & Execution

- Lead the design and development of marketing collaterals, campaign creatives, packaging visuals, and digital assets.n
- Oversee the design of pitch decks, presentations, brochures,



and brand communication materials.n
- Ensure high standards of visual quality, typography, color balance, and overall design aesthetics.n

nTeam Leadership

- Manage, mentor, and guide the in-house design team, ensuring creativity and productivity.n
- Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to designers.n
- Foster a collaborative and cutting-edge creative culture within the team.n

nCross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, branding, product, and leadership teams to understand campaign and communication requirements.n
- Translate briefs into impactful creative solutions.n
