nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a high-potential, agile professional to join the CEO’s Office and work on a diverse portfolio of strategic and high-priority initiatives across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS.
nThis is a high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to different businesses and functions, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the organisation’s growth and transformation.

nThe role will involve moving across projects and priorities, often working with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two projects are necessarily the same.

- Support senior leadership on current initiatives, business opportunities, partnerships, transformation projects and special assignments.n
- Conduct research, analyse information and develop insights to support strategic decision-making.n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to execution.n
- Prepare presentations, business cases, project updates and leadership-level communication.n
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and businesses.n
- Identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement and proactively develop solutions.n
