Role Overview
Aglo is seeking a confident and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive / Customer Service Executive to manage client communication, resolve customer queries, coordinate orders, and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, service requests, and product-related queries professionally.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.




- Monitor orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery.
- Update clients regarding order status, stock availability, delivery schedules, and delays.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, returns, replacements, and delivery confirmations.
- Draft professional emails, quotations, proposals, and follow-up correspondence.
- Maintain customer databases, complaint records, communication logs, and follow-up trackers.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with management.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events when required.
- Maintain Aglo’s professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused brand image.

Eligibility and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
