About the Role
As a Demand Generation Associate, you will be at the front line of our growth engine — identifying, researching, and engaging prospective customers within the HR tech and talent solutions space. You'll own the top of the sales funnel: building targeted account lists, running multi-channel outbound campaigns, qualifying inbound interest, and handing off sales-ready opportunities to our Account Executive team.
This is a high-ownership, remote, target-driven role ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in HR tech sales,
with structured coaching and a transparent path to grow into a full-cycle sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects and target accounts within the HR tech and talent solutions space.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and meetings.
- Qualify inbound leads and route sales-ready opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect and lead activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, target lists, and outreach cadences.
- Achieve and consistently exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated.
- Stay current on HR tech industry trends, competitor offerings, and buyer pain points to inform outreach.
