Role Overview
The Category Head – Brand Promotion Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, new business development, strategic client relationships, and overall growth of the Brand Promotion Sales. The role will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop cutting-edge brand promotion solutions and ensure effective campaign delivery.
Key Drivers:
- Lead the development of integrated brand solutions and branded content strategies, translating client objectives into innovative,insight-led campaigns across print, digital, events, PR, and experiential platforms.
- Manage a revenue portfolio of approximately ₹12 Cr, contributing ₹7.5 Cr in annual business through strategic brand partnerships,integrated marketing initiatives, and customized communication solutions.
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute trend-driven Intellectual Properties (IPs) and sponsorship opportunities that enhance audience engagement while creating new monetization avenues.




- Design bespoke 360-degree marketing campaigns, aligning brand positioning with consumer insights to deliver impactful multiplatform communication strategies.
- Partner with creative, editorial, copywriting, design, marketing, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign planning, governance, and execution.
- Develop compelling pitch presentations and integrated branding solutions for corporate clients and advertising agencies,strengthening business relationships and expanding revenue opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new business and category growth opportunities.
- Track revenue, pipeline, client engagement, and campaign performance; analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build market presence and industry relationships through relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
