Job Description
Responsibilities:
nMinimum 10+ years of experience, into record to report.
nDrive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
nIdentify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and current business
nReview FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning
nResponsible for day to day deliverables for clients
nShould be ready to work in client specific shifts.
nIntegrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client
