We are dedicated to delivering high-quality skincare products to enhance our customers' beauty and well-being. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager from Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry with 4+ year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.

nRole Overview :
n

nWe’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end brand marketing initiatives, from campaign strategy and product launches to content, influencers and consumer activations.
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Own and execute integrated brand campaigns and product launches.n
- Develop content and social media strategies across platforms.n
- Manage influencer collaborations, shoots and creative production.n
- Plan and execute events, activations and brand partnerships.n




- Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external vendors.n
- Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.n
- Work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, sales, PR and finance teams.n
- Manage and mentor junior team members.n

nWhat We’re Looking For:

- n
- 4+ years of experience in brand/digital marketing, preferably in beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle.n
- Robust understanding of social media, influencer marketing and content.n
- Excellent project, stakeholder and budget management skills.n
- Creative, data-driven and highly organised.n
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.n
