n Training Delivery & Facilitat ion
n
- n
- Conduct Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for employeesn
- Facilitate training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required.n
- Deliver learning effectively across bo th classr oom a nd virtual (VI LT) formats.n




- Travel across the region to support branches, conduct sessions, and ensure consistent training delivery.n
- Partner with branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training interventio ns. n

n Digital Learning & Content Creat ion

- n
- Create explicit, engaging training material—presentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modulesn
- Refresh and modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in digital formatsn
- Use tools li ke Ca nva and oth er AI-based to ols to improve the quality, design, and delivery of learning material.n
- Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs by preparing easy-to-use content and helping design smooth digital learning experiencesn
