n Role Description
nThe Director – Finance will serve as a strategic finance partner to business leadership, driving financial planning, performance management, business insights, and decision support across the organization.

nThe role will own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, working capital optimization, profitability analysis, and business performance reviews while enabling data-driven decision making.



The incumbent will play a key role in improving financial governance, strengthening controls, driving automation, and supporting the company's growth strategy.

n1. Financial Planning & Business Performance

- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.n
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic decisions, investments, pricing, and growth initiatives.n
- Monitor business performance against budgets and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.n
- Deliver actionable insights on revenue growth, margin improvement, profitability, and cost optimization.n
- Drive scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support leadership decisions.n
