Ann integrates seamlessly with existing ATS platforms and is trusted by HR teams across industries including HR, insurance, manufacturing, software, and technology.

We're growing our go-to-market team and looking for driven Business Development interns/executives who are excited to help bring Ann in front of the right decision-makers

The primary purpose of this role is to generate qualified leads and book product demos / appointments with prospective clients (primarily HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and hiring managers).



This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience in SaaS/B2B sales. Freshers with 0 years of full time experience must have prior internship experience in lead generation or cold calling to be considered.

Generate leads via cold calling, cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach

Qualify leads and schedule demos/appointments for the sales team

Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently with prospects

Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and demos booked

Share market feedback to help refine pitch and messaging

Grow with the company: as Ann scales, so does your role — early team members get first shot at owning bigger territories, accounts, or even leading a future BD pod
