Role Description: The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role supports day-to-day office operations, including coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining organised records and documentation. The Assistant will help schedule meetings, handle visitor inquiries,



and provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting office administration processes, helping implement workplace policies, and ensuring a smooth, professional office environment. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage daily office operations, documentation, and scheduling.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic office technology to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and efficient use of resources.

Relevant experience in an office support or administrative role, preferably in a tech- or healthcare-focused environment, is beneficial.

Proficiency with productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) and comfort learning current software is beneficial.
