Uniworks Designs Pvt. UW Designs) is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into business, this role could be for you.

Identify and research potential clients and upcoming projects

Build and maintain a strong prospect database

Connect with decisionmakers through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn

Understand client requirements and qualify sales opportunities

Identify upcoming office, retail, hospitality and commercial interior projects

Maintain accurate updates in CRM

Work closely with the Sales, Design and Execution teams to move opportunities forward





1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales or Lead Generation

~ Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching recent prospects

~ Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools

~ Experience in interiors, architecture, construction, lighting, furniture or related B2B businesses will be an advantage

We are looking for someone who doesn't just make calls.

We want someone who can find opportunities, start conversations, qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.

Experience: 1–3 years.
