The role involves engaging with prospective students and researchers to understand their academic needs and guiding them through appropriate pathways related to admissions and research support. Assist students in understanding admission processes for UG, PG, and PhD programs

• Guide candidates on application procedures, documentation, and university selection





• Provide academic-level information related to thesis development and research publication processes

• Coordinate with internal academic and operational teams to ensure smooth execution

• Update and manage records through CRM systems for tracking and reporting

• Basic understanding of higher education systems and research processes (preferred)
