This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities.

Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO) OR experience with Omni Chat.

~5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.

~ Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.

~ Strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting,



and financial statement analysis.

~ Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries.

~ Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters.

Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance.

Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions.

Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.

SMB ownership or hands-on financial management experience.
