Senior Interior Designer Location: Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development through execution .

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits, measurements, and site analysis to develop accurate design layouts.

Understand client requirements, preferences, and functional needs to create effective interior layouts and space plans .

Develop and present design concepts, themes, mood boards, and reference images aligned with client expectations.

Manage regular client interactions and design presentations , incorporating feedback and providing project updates.

Prepare detailed service drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and execution drawings .

Conduct site visits during execution to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy and quality .

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards,



and design specifications .

Identify design or execution challenges and provide practical, timely solutions .

Manage and prioritize multiple interior design projects simultaneously .

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong interior design sensibility and space-planning skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant interior design software

Strong knowledge of working drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailing

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

Strong project coordination and management abilities

Positive understanding of site execution and vendor coordination

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education

~ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in residential interior design projects
