Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm

Role Overview: As a Finance Executive , you will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely payouts, coordinating with external finance partners, and serving as the primary finance point of contact for our guides and their teams. Coordinate with external finance and accounting agencies for vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance.

Maintain records of payments, invoices, reimbursements, and financial documentation.

Ensure accurate processing and understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Support monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and finance operations.





Coordinate directly with guides and their finance teams regarding payouts, invoices, documentation, and financial queries.

Maintain and update finance trackers, and Excel-based reconciliation sheets.

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and automate repetitive tasks where possible.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CS (Company Secretary), BAF, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification preferred.

Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.

Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, lookups preferred).

Experience handling payouts, reconciliations, or vendor finance is preferred.

Contribute to building scalable finance operations.
