Sales Manager- Agency Vertical (Real Estate) | Chandigarh & Mohali
Salary Range - 5 L / annum to 6 L / annum
Avg Incentive our SM earn - 1,50,000 per month
Local Candidate from Insurance agency channel / Mutual Fund Distribution /
with good network will get preference.

SasteGhar.com is expanding its Agency Channel ( Real Estate ) in the Tricity, and we're looking for a driven Sales Manager to build and lead a powerful network of Associate Partners .

Here's the exciting part — you DON'T need only "salespeople." You build your team of freelancers. Some of our best Associate Partners come from everyday backgrounds:

If you know how to recruit, mentor, and motivate people — and turn their networks into real estate sales — this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard & activate Associate Partners every month
- Build and grow the agency / channel-partner network across Chandigarh & Mohali




- Drive property sales revenue through your partner network
- Train, mentor & support partners to hit individual and team targets
- Run regular meetings, training sessions & performance reviews
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM & Accounts for smooth deal closures
- Maintain daily MIS & CRM updates

✅ What we're looking for
- Experience in Agency / Channel Sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or Mutual Fund background welcome)
- Proven skills in agent recruitment, team handling & sales management
- Solid networking, communication & leadership abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting goals
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-driven role
- Strong local Tricity market knowledge is a big plus
