Ensure consistent execution standards across business lines





Plan team capacity aligned with business growth

Contract Execution & Governance (Owner)

Own end-to-end contract execution for audits and consulting engagements

Salesforce Data Validation & Enforcement (Owner)

Ensure data quality and order-readiness in Salesforce

Validate scope, pricing, service type, and contractual alignment

Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth

Act as business owner of DocuSign

Manage workflows and system integration with Salesforce

Process Improvement & Change Implementation (Co-Owner)

Lead implementation of approved changes

Support adoption, training, and coordination across teams

Act as key interface with Sales Operations and delivery teams

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field; Experience

Experience in contract management within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated environments
