AGGCON Equipments International Limited is India’s leading infrastructure equipment rental company, providing a comprehensive range of construction equipment to major infrastructure, EPC, industrial, warehousing, and commercial projects across India.

We are expanding our Delhi Rental Sales Team and are looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Executives with relevant experience across the following equipment categories:

Forklifts / Material Handling Equipment

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, equipment rental, customer acquisition, and business development within their respective equipment category.

Generate recent business and rental opportunities for the assigned equipment category — AWP, Gensets, or Forklifts.

Identify and approach prospective customers across construction, EPC, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, facility management, and related sectors.

Conduct regular prospecting through calls, emails, referrals, market research, LinkedIn, and customer visits.

Develop relationships with project teams,



procurement departments, plant heads, facility teams, contractors, and other relevant decision-makers.

Develop key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and long-term rental business.

Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Accounts, and other internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

Track competitor activity, market rates, upcoming projects, equipment demand, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, customer interactions, and sales activities in company systems.

Achieve assigned sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and equipment utilization targets.

2–5+ years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience.

~ Prior experience in at least one of the following is strongly preferred: AWP rental/sales, Genset rental/sales, Forklift rental/sales, construction equipment, material handling equipment, or industrial equip
