We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented sales professional to lead our sales efforts, strengthen our market presence, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for our solar and piping product portfolios

Identify and pursue current business opportunities, including dealer and distributor partnerships

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction

Build, lead, and guide a strong sales team, fostering a culture of performance and growth

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client engagements

Provide market insights and feedback to support product and pricing strategy





Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the solar, piping, plumbing, or infrastructure sectors

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

A self-motivated, target-driven approach to work

Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required

Commitment to building and maintaining strong customer relationships
