• Contractor/Vendor Coordination

• Statutory Authority Inspection Handling

• MS Excel, MS Word & Adobe Acrobat

• Construction Project / Site Administration

Handle and coordinate inspections by statutory authorities.

• Interact and coordinate with the JLL team at the project/site level.

• Maintain proper records and documentation related to project compliance.

✅ 4+ years of relevant experience

☑️ Any Degree

☑️ Contract Labour Compliance experience

☑️ Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat

☑️ Construction project experience preferred

☑️ Experience interacting with external/statutory inspectors

☑️ Tamil – Native proficiency

☑️ English – Working proficiency

☑️ Hindi – Added Advantage

☑️ Immediate joiners preferred

Fixed-term contract

• Initial probation: Thereafter, contract renewed annually based on project duration and requirements
