Experience: 8–12 years of overall Sales experience
Strong experience in IT Services / Software / Technology Sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas as an Individual Contributor
Hands-on experience selling to the US market
Strong understanding of US buying cycles and business communication
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – Prospecting → Qualification → Negotiation → Closure
Knowledge of ISV ecosystem & Software Product Development Lifecycle is an added advantage
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand technical requirements and position the right solution
Comfortable engaging with CTOs, VP Engineering, Product Leaders & Senior Decision Makers
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
