Job DescriptionUmrah Travel Sales Executive / Umrah Travel Consultant We are looking for an energetic and sales-driven Umrah Travel Executive who can actively handle online inquiries, live chat leads, and customer follow-ups and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should understand Umrah packages, customer requirements, CRM management, and the complete sales follow-up process. The role requires someone who is proactive, responsive, confident in communication, and focused on achieving conversion targets.Key Responsibilities Actively handle live chat, WhatsApp, website, social media, and online Umrah inquiries. Respond quickly to incoming leads and understand the customer’s travel requirements. Handle both Group Umrah Packages and Customized/Private Umrah Packages. Suggest suitable packages based on customer budget, travel dates, hotel preferences, and family requirements. Maintain and update all inquiries, follow-ups, and customer details accurately in the CRM. Regularly follow up with potential clients until the enquiry is converted or closed.



Convert online and inbound leads into confirmed Umrah bookings. Communicate package inclusions, hotels, flights, transfers, visa requirements, and other travel-related information clearly. Coordinate with the operations, ticketing, and reservation teams after confirmation. Build strong customer relationships and provide qualified pre-sales support. Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and work towards closing the booking. Achieve individual sales, conversion, and follow-up targets. Maintain proper records of hot, warm, and cold leads in the CRM. Reconnect with previous customers and leads for future Umrah travel requirements. Stay updated with Umrah packages, hotel options, flight availability, and travel-related updates. Be comfortable using new technologies, CRM systems, online communication platforms, and AI-based tools. Candidate Requirements Strong sales and lead-closing skills.
