Role Overview




The primary purpose of this role is to generate qualified leads and book product demos / appointments with prospective clients (primarily HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and hiring managers). This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience in SaaS/B2B sales. Freshers with 0 years of full time experience must have prior internship experience in lead generation or cold calling to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients (HR heads, TA leaders)
- Generate leads via cold calling, cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule demos/appointments for the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently with prospects
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and demos booked
- Share market feedback to help refine pitch and messaging
