nWe are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune
nLocation: Pune
nExperience: 1+ Years
nCTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA / ₹5.5 LPA
nShift: Rotational Shifts
nWork Mode: Work From Office
nLevels: JL 2A / JL 3A

nKey Responsibilities
n✅ Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment
n✅ Handle customer orders, booking activities and billing-related queries
n✅ Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience is preferred
n✅ Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage
n✅ Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders
n✅ Prepare reports and perform analysis using MS Excel
n✅ Support process training and structured learning sessions
n✅ Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials
n




nKey Requirements
n✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
n✔ Positive attention to detail and accuracy
n✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
n✔ Comfortable working from office
n✔ Shipping / Logistics industry experience preferred
nIMPORTANT: Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered.
