nRoles & Responsibilities

- Develop recent business opportunities across industrial and manufacturing customersn
- Build and manage relationships with plant heads, maintenance heads, engineering heads, procurement teams and facility managersn
- Develop business through direct sales, dealers, distributors and channel partnersn
- Identify projects and requirements related to electrical solutions, industrial lighting, ventilation solutions, industrial storage and racking, and maintenance and engineering solutionsn
- Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, understand requirements and drive opportunities through to closuren
- Build relationships with OEMs, dealers, contractors, consultants and system integratorsn
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and technical discussions to quotation, negotiation and order closuren
- Develop and maintain a strong local market intelligence networkn
- Achieve business development and revenue targets across the assigned territoryn

nIdeal Candidate
n1Strong B2B Industrial Sales / Business Development Profile with an established network in the Coimbatore/Chennai/Bangalore industrial market
n2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 8+ years of Sales experience with at least the recent 5+ years in B2B Industrial / Electrical / Lighting/ MEP / Industrial Storage or Racking / Engineering sales / Industrial Equipments / Garments or Textile Industry machinery background
n3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have a strong existing network in Coimbatore, Chennai, and/or Bangalore, with a proven track record of developing business through industrial customers, dealers, or channel partners
n4Mandatory (Industry): Must come from an Industrial / Electrical / MEP / Industrial Storage or Racking / Engineering sales / Industrial Equipments / Garments or Textile Industry
n5Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have owned the complete sales cycle — lead genera
