nThe Opportunity
nWe are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our
nteam. This role involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients across
ntheir onboarding, servicing, and portfolio-related requirements.
n

nThe position requires significant client interaction and active involvement across all aspects of
nclient servicing, operational support, and trade execution. This is a position which focuses on
nbuilding meaningful client relationships while delivering best-in-class service and operational
nexcellence.

nWhat You'll Do
n• Manage Client onboarding and account maintenance for both recent and existing clients in
nline with regulatory and organizational policies.
n• Collect and validate account-specific documentation and financial information to ensure
ncompliance requirements are met.
n• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Banks, AMCs and Product
nManufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers etc.)
n• Provide operational support across a broad suite of financial products and applications.
n• Handle Transactions, Operations and other support activities, including trade
nplacement, confirmation, settlement tracking, and reconciliation across mutual funds,
nAIFs and PMS and other investments.
n• Oversee administrative and transactional activities including money transfers, tax
nreporting, portfolio review preparation and resolution of client queries.
