n Role & responsibilities:

n Data Management:
n

- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.n
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.n
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.n

n Analysis and Reporting:
n
- n
- Use SQL Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Advance Excel functions to analyse operational data.n
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insights.n
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis.n

n Dashboard Development:

- n
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using PowerBI and Exceln




- Customize dashboards to meet specific departmental or stakeholder requirements.n
- Continuously monitor and update dashboards to reflect the latest data and insights.n

n Process Optimization and stakeholder management:
n
- n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.n
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose enhancements.n
- Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting.n

n Preferred candidate profile:
n
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or related field required.n
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an Analystn
- Proficiency in data analysis tools Advance Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc)n
- Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processesn
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, has valuable attention to detailn
