Eligibility
Graduates: 6+ months of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support preferred
Freshers: Graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome
Strong English communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Customer-focused attitude with positive problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls for an international process
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer service
Document customer interactions accurately
Meet quality and productivity targets
Follow company policies and process guidelines
