2–6 years of experience as Sales Manager, B2B sales, or full-cycle
SaaS closing roles ✔️ Proven track record of consistently achieving
or exceeding revenue targets ✔️ Strong experience managing complex
sales cycles from discovery to close ✔️ Excellent communication,
presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ✔️
Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment
teams, and enterprise decision-makers ✔️ High ownership mentality
with solid execution, urgency, and commercial in
