are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Coordinator
– Recruitment to join our Global HR team, based at our Shared




Service Center in Kochi, Kerala, India. In this role, you will
support recruitment activities across multiple countries and work
closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, hiring managers,
candidates, and HR colleagues around the world. As part of a lean
Talent Acquisition team, you will take ownership of key recruitment
activities and help ensure that our recruitment processes are
efficient, professional, and provide a positive experience from
application through to onboarding. We are looking for someone who
is confident speaking with candidates, comfortable conducting
initial screenings, highly organised, and able to manage several
recruitment processes at the same time. You should also be
digitally confident and comfortable working across different ATS
and people management systems, with the ability to learn new
