Job Summary
We are looking for a Field / Plant Operator to support day-to-day plant operations, monitor process parameters, ensure safe and efficient production, and maintain compliance with plant safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate plant equipment and processes as per approved SOPs and production instructions.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, and batch conditions .
- Conduct field rounds and report abnormalities, process deviations, or unsafe conditions.
- Support charging, unloading, sampling, filtration, distillation , and other plant operations as required.
- Coordinate with DCS/Control Room Operators and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and use required PPE during operations.
- Maintain shift logs,



batch records, and operational documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with plant safety, quality, and environmental standards .

Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering , or a related field.

Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in production plant operations.
- Experience in chemical, agrochemical, pharmaceutical, or process industries will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of plant operations and basic chemical process handling.
- Understanding of SOPs, process safety, and permit-to-work systems .
- Ability to monitor and accurately record process parameters.
- Basic troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Awareness of EHS, housekeeping, quality, and environmental compliance .
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
